Jolien will also provide exercises and practices that you can apply at home to help you reconnect with your body and raise your vibration. You will also receive a photo reading. From a distance, Jolien can tune into your energy and provide insight into how your energetic state is at this moment. The program consists of 4 sessions, with one session every 2 to 3 weeks. This gives you the time and space to integrate the work, apply the exercises at home, and reconnect with yourself between sessions.
